Writ petition - Whether writ petition lies against judgment and order of the Administrative Tribunal or Administrative Appeal Tribunal--The High Court Division cannot give directions or order on the Administrative Tribunal and also cannot declare any act done or proceeding taken by the Administrative Tribunal to be without lawful authority--Jurisdiction of the Supreme Court to entertain a Writ Petition against judgment and order of the Administrative Tribunal is expressly barred--If the Administrative Tribunal or Administrative Appeal Tribunal would not have been properly and legally constituted or acted without jurisdiction or malafide then in spite of barring provision the Superior Courts have power to examine the matter--Constitution of Bangladesh Art. 102 & 117.
