SUPREME COURT OF BANGLADESH

The Supreme Court of Bangladesh is the apex court of the land having constitutional powers among other special original, appellate & revisional jurisdictions. Roughly 10,000 lawyers are presently licensed to practice before the honorable courts not accounting for retired and deceased lawyers. BDLP is proud to boast a team comprising of several Supreme Court enrolled lawyers who regularly practise before the honorable courts.

DISTRICT COURTS

The district courts are formed by magistrates' courts dealing with criminal matters and judges' courts dealing with all things civil. BDLP's partners and associates are regular practitioners having decades worth of combined experiences and individually successful careers. The team is also responsible for special tribunals spread around the country.
